What the day will look likeAs the Senior Director - Business Process Management - Cash Cycle, you will be responsible for leading colleagues, setting priorities, and ensuring the portfolio of business processes supporting the Shared Operations organization are well designed and transformation initiatives implemented drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. You will play a senior-level role focused on managing and optimizing specific business processes on a global scale. The primary responsibility of the Sr. Director, Global Business Process Management is to ensure that the processes under their ownership are efficient, effective, and aligned with the overall organizational goals and strategies. To achieve this, you will work in collaborations across various groups, geographies, and functions to design and document processes, systems, failure modes, risks and controls. Job Responsibilities:Leading a broad team of individuals and providing direction, guidance to team members to achieve a common goal. Develop a team strategy, training team members, facilitating team communication, monitoring, and managing team's work, and ensuring all internal controls are operating efficiently and effectively. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $175,000 to $215,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
