We are seeking a *Research Assistant.* Specific Duties & Responsibilities Develop methods to adjust for implicit bias in video-based assessment of surgical skill. Create surgical video datasets with annotations to demonstrate methods to adjust for implicit bias in video-based assessment of surgical skill. Participate in scientific writing and presentations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines. Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science or biomedical engineering. Experience with implementing deep learning applied to video analysis.
