You should be a champion problem-solver, adaptable to fast changing industry and technical landscapes and show an interest and curiosity for new technologies and challenges in the space. Having a wide range of technical skills and a willingness to support and collaborate with your peers. You should be a developer with the ability to challenge the status quo and switch contexts quickly and efficiently with project managers, software engineers, technical operations and other personnel.

What you'll do:

  • Working with a dedicated team to designand build robust applications and service suites with a strong appreciation for the user experience
  • Develop high-quality code with afull application context (all tiers) to ensure scalability, accessibility,usability and functional performance
  • Deploy integrated code throughvarious build pipelines on premise and in cloud
  • Network with external serviceproviders, internal development teams and business stakeholders to evaluate and execute integration requirements
  • Perform proofs of concept toevaluate new design patterns, service integrations, and proposedsolutions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends, functionalities and tools in the industry for evaluation

What you bring to the table:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or applicable programmingarea of study orequivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as aServiceNow Developer and/or ServiceNow Administrator supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of theServiceNow platform (IT Service Management and IT Operations Management) ; must demonstrateexperience delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation
  • Development experience with Javascript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and/or XML
  • Experience working with REST and SOAPservices; including integration with API support and Development
  • System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
  • Must know ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript
  • Experience with ITSM and AMS systems inServiceNow
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile developmentmethodologies
  • Experience building forms, workflows and pages that are customer focused and intuitive; includingService Portal organization and setup
  • Proficiency with software development processes including quality assurance and code management
