Electroneurodiagnostic Tech IRP

Job Description

Under the medical direction of a physician and under the direct supervision of manager and/or the lead technologist, Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist I prepares patients and conducts routine EEG?s, bedside EEG?s neonatal EEG?s and collects data pertinent to the interpretation of test results. Assists senior technologists or medical staff with complex recordings.

Minimum Education Required
HS Graduate or Equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications
Requires one of the following:

• Minimum of 2 years END experience
• Associates Degree in END Technology
• Registered in one of the following: R EEG T, R EP T, R NCS T, CNIM, CAP or CLTM
• Basic Life Support Certification Neurodiagnostic Technologist must obtain registry (EEG: R.EEG.T / R.EP.T / R.NCS.T / CAP or IOM: CNIM) within two years of hire
