Job Summary

TheSenior Cloud Application Security Architect at eMoney will work in an agile architecture environment across the entire eMoney technology portfolio on current and emerging products. You will work with product managers and owners, application development managers and tech leads, to define system architecture across multiple products, setting technology standards and strategy. You will work with external parties, including client and partner enterprises, to define system architectures and interfaces between organizations. This role will require a breadth of technology and communication skills to influence and lead the strategic direction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive architectural initiative across entire eMoney organization
  • Drive architectural initiative with business partners and customers
  • Create scalable forward-looking security architecture for SaaS and mobile applications
  • Drive and influence cross-functional technology solutions in a highly collaborative environment
  • Analyze and improve stability, scalability and performance of systems
  • Work with technical leads in scrum teams toprovide technical guidance, communicate technical decisions, and mentor developers
  • Partner with Operations, Application Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure a consistent technology strategy across teams and products
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, create proof of concept projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in a security focused architecture role
  • 15+ years of software development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • In depth knowledge of more than one of the following development language and technology: .NET, .NET Core, C#, Java, Scala, Python, Flask, Django, ES6, React
  • Experience with AWS security, identity and compliance services
  • Experience with API Design, formats and protocols including REST, XML, JSON
  • Experience with multiple authentication technologies such as: SAML, OAUTH, JWT Token, Cert-based Authn
  • Experience in designing application security for custom applications: Authn/Authz/Accounting/IAM
  • Experience in data security and PII protection
  • Experience integrating with Okta or other 3rd party application security solution
  • Experience with integration with multiple internal and external systems
  • Experience in TDD, DevOps, and Agile processes
  • Experience in FinTech preferred

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with remote team members in virtual communication channels
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate and lead technology and design decisions at the leadership level
  • Demonstrated abilities to communicate technology and product needs between product and engineering teams

The salary range for this position is $146,000 - $188,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
