This is a remote position but will require 50 - 75% travel.

We are seeking a Sales Director to support a vast region and other sales professionals. This position is full time and can be remote. Expect to travel 50-75% If you are passionate about sales and have a personality that would brighten any room then this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

1.Leads sales force for Training Services product line. Plans and directs sales force activities including assignment of sales territories, business development efforts, prospecting and sales metrics, customer communications, and preparation of sales forecasts.

2. Drives the sales process for Training Services products and services and ensures compliance.

3. Ensures productive and positive relationship with customers. Explores and builds partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances externally and with OneRedCross partners (Chapters and Blood Services).

4. Explores and builds strategic training partner relationships to develop and/or enhance sales and delivery alliances.

5. Responsible for ensuring the territory sales volume and profitability objectives are met.

6. Ensures productive and positive relationship with customers. Explores and builds partner relationships to develop and/or enhance business alliances externally and with One Red Cross partners (Chapters and Blood Services).

7. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel.

8. Manages reporting and coordination of communication on sales and mission.

9. Target a minimum of 4 FTEs.

10. Territory size: annual revenue target less than $4,000,000.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent related experience required. Related disciplines include Business, Sales, Marketing or Finance.

Experience:

*Minimum of 7 years of successful experience in a B2B sales and/or product marketing position. Knowledge of and experience in applying field sales techniques.

*Minimum 5 years of supervisory management experience.

*Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring professional experienced B2B sales reps required.

Skills and Abilities: Proven executive level sales' skills and ability to acquire and manage large accounts. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office programs and Salesforce.com or similar client relationship management applications. Travel: Ability to travel 50-75%. Must have reliable transportation for regional travel.
