TA Marketing/Employer Branding Specialist: Become the Newest Member of Kontoor Brands

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, this position will create, implement, lead and track innovative employer branding and talent attraction strategies. The Talent Marketing & Engagement Partner will drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions, develop and execute various recruitment brand & marketing initiatives and campaigns to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Work alongside of the KTB Talent Acquisition team to identify a distinctive and compelling talent brand/employer value proposition
  • Develop and execute innovative, cross-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to capture a disproportionate share of candidate minds in crowded talent markets, as well as to identify new recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with our communications and marketing teams - creative, web development, content, media, social, analytics to coordinate, execute, and iterate marketing plans.
  • Develop and implement scalable practices, tools, solutions, and frameworks that build and reinforce KTB's brand in targeted talent communities
  • Stay current on emerging marketing, branding and recruitment trends, incorporating emerging best-practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness while staying ahead of the competition
  • Create recruitment marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness
  • Measure and optimize candidate engagement across campaigns and channel metrics to identify trends, form recommendations, and optimize performance
  • Promote employment opportunities, culture, and DEI initiatives across web and social channels
  • Develop compelling content our career pages and social media channels
  • Develop and implement email campaigns, build talent communities, and analyze analytics to refine campaigns for the highest engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a directly related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing with preference for recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Proven ability to work independently with tight timeframes, while prioritizing multiple projects
  • Have a strategic big-picture thinking mindset developing a deep knowledge of current and future marketing, digital and social media trends
  • Have a strong execution focus and creativity in developing unique approaches and messaging that stands out in competitive markets
