Job Summary

Under general supervision, guided by the policies and procedures of the Center for Reproductive Health, and in collaboration with the physician, nursing and administrative staff, the Registered Nurse (RN) will assess health needs and perform functions specific to unassisted and assisted reproductive techniques as well as andrology, fertility preservation and gynecological treatment patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patient needs, then plan, evaluate and participate in care for patients/couples. The RN will utilize specialized knowledge and skills for evaluation and teaching within this patient population, and may act as a resource person within the organization and/or community. The Registered Nurse will consistently project a professional and courteous demeanor. The RN shall comply with the Medical Center house and telephone standards.

Required Qualifications


  • A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
  • Previous experience in Reproductive Endocrine and Infertility nursing
  • Previous experience in acute or ambulatory healthcare environment
  • Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California
  • Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, detail-oriented, flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with APEX or other EMRs
  • Phlebotomy and IV skills

License/Certification


  • Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California
  • Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
