Marketing Manager, Investment Manager Services

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Marketing Team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for, among other things, creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns and projects to promote and position SEI's Investment Manager Services (IMS) division in the market targeting Traditional and Alternative asset managers, centers of influence, gatekeepers, and other influencers globally. You will work closely with other team members, you will be responsible for activities such as planning and executing digital communications, organizing webinars and videos, updating website content, posting on social media, and ad hoc projects, as appropriate. You will also be responsible for gathering/measuring campaign results/data using Google Analytics and other technology.
You will support IMS' Traditional and Alternatives sales, client service and solutions teams in preparing client and prospect presentations, product/service overviews, and other collateral, as needed. You will also be responsible for creating, updating and posting product/service overviews, standard sales presentations, client case studies, and other collateral to IMS Marketing's online collateral portal.

You will be an integral member of the IMS Marketing team and will work closely with all team members, taking the lead on some activities, providing support on others, and will collaborate with Global Marketing team members, as appropriate, including those in Events and Experience, marketing technology, communications, and design.

What you will do:

You will develop and execute the social media strategy for IMS using LinkedIn and other platforms as appropriate. Create content and posts to ensure that IMS' platform, solutions, services and expertise are continuously and professionally posted. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement over time.
You will use PowerPoint and other design applications to prepare client/prospect presentations for IMS sales, service and solutions. On a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, review IMS' collateral system, including presentations, product sheets, brochures and other collateral to ensure content/data are current and design elements are professional and consistent with corporate brand rules and treatments.
On a quarterly basis, you will create IMS Marketing's Insights e-newsletter that highlights all the initiatives that the marketing team had executed in the prior quarter, including new thought leadership, public relations activities, special announcements, webinars, new collateral, best performing social media posts and the # of RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs completed. In addition, project manage the quarterly Advisors' Inner Circle newsletter, working with third party consultants and Traditional SMEs to gather articles and other content.
You will manage, plan and execute IMS sponsorships at industry events for the Traditional and Alternatives sales teams. Work in collaboration with SEI Events and Experience to manage the event budget, secure booth location, create booth messaging and signage, identify appropriate collateral for the event, create advertising, order giveaways and secure conference passes for IMS attendees, as appropriate. You will cultivate professional relationships with the Events and Experience team and industry event planners and vendors to ensure that IMS secures the most cost-effective and appropriate sponsorship package.
You will work with third party vendor partners in creative design, advertising, media and public relations to leverage their expertise in support of IMS activities. This may involve creating digital/email ad copy, obtaining tracking codes, adding tags, among other things.

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing or communications, or equivalent professional experience.
A minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, with specific skills in digital marketing, social media, communications, event planning and project management
Must be organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet stringent deadlines.
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required.
Very strong inter-personal skills are required as the Marketing Manager will need to foster strong relationships with each member of the IMS Marketing team, IMS sales, service and solution teams, as well as Global Marketing members.
Expertise or prior experience preferred in various marketing technologies, including Eloqua (e-mail), Workfront (project management system), Drupal (website content management), 6Sense (account based marketing), Google Analytics (web analytics), and Key Survey (survey technology).
