Senior Technical Program Manager
This critical position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee and drive customer success throughout the journey from integrating Synopsys leading-edge Interface IP, bringing-up silicon, and into production.
This individual will be working across functional and Interface IP product teams, reporting to Executive management. Interface IP products include PCIe5/6, USB3.x/4, LP/DDR5/4/X, HBM3, Ethernet 100-800G, MIPI CDPHY/MPHY, HDMI2.x, 224G SerDes, etc.
The position offers opportunities to work with the latest Synopsys Interface IP, design/verification tools, and the latest industry applications on various hot market segments.
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive customer success on key SoC projects
- Manage and coordinate value-added customer service activities
- Coordinate cross-functionally on critical customer communications
- Drive important initiatives, plan, track progress and provide Executive reporting
- Drive product and support process improvements from customer feedback
- Analyze and improve work processes between AE and other functional teams
Key Qualifications
- BSEE required, MSEE preferred
- 8+ years experience on ASIC / SoC integration flow, IP development, silicon bring-up / characterization, product engineering, or project/technical program management
- Prefer to have technical knowledge with any Interface IP such as PCIe, USB, MIPI, DDR/LPDDR protocols
- Understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology and production signoff processes
- Excellent customer interaction and communication skills
- Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and provide clear Executive reports
- Team player with ability to drive and align at different levels of organization and between functional teams
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $133,000 to $232,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
