We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to be a part of our team providing support for individuals with disabilities. Our Adult Program serves individuals 20-50 with developmental disabilities, and cognitive, emotional, medical, and managed psychiatric challenges. Our program design is based on our philosophy of valuing each client and resident's right to independence, satisfying work, family ties, and social/community connections.
Responsibilities:
The Residential Counselor is responsible for the daily implementation of activities and individual client treatment plans, and the development and maintenance of therapeutic relationships with individuals. Full supervision and support of individuals with complex needs and who require personal care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and 1-year experience are required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and 1-year of experience is preferred.

- 30.5 hrs wk -Sun Thurs 2:30-10:30p, Fri 2:30-10:30p, Sat 8a-10:30p
- 32.5 hrs wk - Wed 12:30-2:30p, Thurs 2:30-10:30p, Fri 2:30-10:30p, Sat 8-10:30p
- 40 hrs wk - Sun 8a-10:30p, Mon 2:30-10:30p, Tues 2:30-10:30p, Wed 1-10:30p
- 40 hrs wk - Wed 3-11p, Thurs 2-11p, Fri 3-11p, Sat 8-11p
- 31 hrs wk - Thurs 3-11p, Fri 3-11p, Sat 8a-11p
