RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our residential team in Lancaster. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!
Who We Seek
Caring and compassionate professionals provide support to our children and adolescents with mental health challenges. We need you to play a vital role in providing daily therapeutic support and guidance for children and adolescents so they can achieve the highest level of independence. Every day, you will have the opportunity to see the positive results of the work you do. In addition, you will have the opportunity to gain solid human services skills as well as access to a career path that could lead to supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements


  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must be 21 years old.



Shifts:


  • 32 or 40 hours: Sun, 8 am-10 pm & Mon-Wed, 2; 00 pm-10:00 pm
  • 32 or 40 hours: Wed-Fri, 2:00 pm-10:00 pm & Sat, 8:00 am-10:00 pm
  • 30 or 40 hours: Sun-Wed, 10:00 pm-8:00 am
  • 30 or 40 hours: Wed-Sat, 10:00 pm-8:00 am
  • 40 hours: 11 pm-7 am
  • Mon-Fri 7 am-3 pm
  • 40 hours: Tuesday-Friday-3-11 (Wed/ Thurs- off)

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
