Manager - Project

Essential Functions
1. Change Management. Develops strategy for program change management program and directs change
control process. Ensures focus on change management activities exists through Executive sponsorship. (20%)
2. Project Priorities. Establishes overall project activities and works with Executive Leadership to clearly define
and communicate project priorities. (20%)
3. Requirements Gathering. Manages human resource requirements and determines reporting requirements
for projects. Determines need for external support, manages contract and suppliers for external resources
needed to support projects. (15%)
4. Project Management. Implements and directs project management system and milestone tracking process.
Defines program governance process; establishes and monitors quality standards for projects. Identifies risk
and risk management strategies. (15%)
5. Budget & Financial Management. Provides oversight of overall budget and financial management of
approved projects. Defines the process to track benefits, implements tracking process and tracks savings to
ensure benefits are being realized. (15%)
6. Provides program status updates to management and the Board of Directors. (5%)
7. Ensures that coordination of interrelated projects exists. (5%)
8. Other duties as assigned by executive leadership. (5%)
