Summary:

Credit part-time, adjunct faculty teaching positions in the Paralegal program. Opportunities may be available at the Bethlehem, PA campus, Monroe campus located in Tannersville, PA and/or online.

Candidates must be competent to teach in at least one of the following subject areas: Estates and Trusts, Family Law, Tort Law, Litigation, Business Organizations, Criminal Law, Contracts, Legal Research and Writing and Real Estate Law. In addition to teaching, instructor will perform course and program assessments and maintain records as required by the Paralegal Program and the American Bar Association.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a legal discipline or related field from a regionally accredited Institution required. J.D. preferred. Graduate from an ABA approved Paralegal Program preferred. College teaching experience and experience working as a paralegal or with paralegals preferred.

Special Instructions:

The number of adjunct instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department and the College. Please understand that there may not presently be an adjunct position available at the time of your application. When an opening becomes available, the hiring manager will look to this pool of candidates for consideration. If hired, official transcripts will be required from all undergraduate and graduate universities attended before a contract is issued.
