In your new role you will manage telematics customers in North America while managing day to day support and administrative duties for JLG Telematics Program. Support will include software setup, customer administrative duties and troubleshooting any level 1 support questions. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the various JLG Telematics products and will work closely with members of the Telematics Product and Program Team to ensure delivery of a fully optimized Telematics strategy for JLG Customers in North America.
