In your new role you will manage telematics customers in North America while managing day to day support and administrative duties for JLG Telematics Program. Support will include software setup, customer administrative duties and troubleshooting any level 1 support questions. You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the various JLG Telematics products and will work closely with members of the Telematics Product and Program Team to ensure delivery of a fully optimized Telematics strategy for JLG Customers in North America. Candidates with sales or sales support experience and an entrepreneurial mindset will be successful in this role.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Administrative duties that include managing customer accounts, activation of devices and software setup.

  • Ability to escalate issues/questions into the business, for resolution and follow-through.

  • Determine the root cause of the issue and resolve with customer and document issue via sales force.

  • Provide call-handling, incident management, and communication skills to accurately diagnose incident and determine necessary path for resolution.

  • Operate proprietary web-based CRM, Sales Force, Base Plan, and spreadsheet applications.

  • Ability to deal with and resolve customer issues in an independent manner.

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills.

  • Ability to adapt to and learn new software applications and platforms.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience within telematics and or construction equipment markets.

  • Relevant sales and customer support experience preferred.

  • Effective communication skills are of the utmost importance you will be in constant and direct contact with customers.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Technology support related job experience or related telematics experience.

  • Experience in related aftermarket AWP business, service, and training.

  • Experience supporting telematics projects and programs.

  • Experience working with both computer hardware and software is important due to the end-to-end nature of telemetry technology systems.
