Compensation

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Under direct supervision of the Unit Coordinator, the CCC Receptionist performs clerical support duties to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations. The CCC Receptionist greets visitors and assists with facility tours, inquiries, visitations, visitor/staff/vendors routine and pandemic/disease outbreak screening, receives, filters and directs telephone calls, and maintains the overall flow of visitors throughout the facility.



Qualifications

Required:

    High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • One (1) month experience in a receptionist or administrative support capacity
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred:

  • Previous front office medical reception experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
