Senior Associate, Sales Transformation

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our practice.


  • Support client engagements aimed at assessing and improving performance in areas such as sales effectiveness, channel strategy, sales model/GTM design, sales process improvement, sales operations, sales performance management and incentives, sales tools and enablement and sales insights/analytics
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments to identify, quantify, and develop recommendations and supporting business cases to address sales performance improvement opportunities
  • Help execute transformational initiatives, taking into account client organizational and cultural realities, to drive adoption, ease implementation, and position programs for ongoing success
  • Work collaboratively with clients and other KPMG resources to help ensure consistent successful delivery of all facets of project deliverables. Contribute to design and preparation of project deliverables consisting of analyses, assessments, workshop materials, and reports.
  • Participate in practice development through design of new offerings, creation of reusable delivery assets, and research to support thought leadership. Contribute to our authentic, diverse, and collaborative culture by mentoring and coaching junior team members.


  • A minimum of three years of experience that must include one of the following: Sales strategy, sales transformation, sales effectiveness, and/or sales operations in consulting or industry
  • Management consulting experience in a different functional area with a desire to transition to a career in sales transformation
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the functions and capabilities within sales organizations in large enterprises
  • Experience in conducting strategy, organizational, or process assessments and developing associated project deliverables
  • Proven ability and comfort in working in ambiguous situations
  • Experience with large transformations that involve leading front office technology platforms (e.g., CRM, CPQ, SPM, ICM) is a plus
  • Must be able to travel
