Priority1 is seeking an Operations Manager with with an emphasis on inbound and outbound Mexico shipments. This position is primarily responsible for increasing growth through strategic alliances with new and existing carrier partners. The Operations Manager needs an in-dept working knowledge of navigating freight across the U.S. & Mexico border.

Role & Responsibilities

* Arrange cross-border transportation shipments for customers specifically in and out of the Mexico border

* Develop a carrier network to handle direct shipments to or from Mexico

* Utilize TMS system as well as web-based load boards to book and track shipments

* Ability to multi-task and get accurate updates to sales force

* Negotiate rates with carriers

* Other duties assigned

Qualifications & Skills

* At least 3-7 years sales and operations experience in cross-border freight in and out of Mexico

* Bilingual in Spanish is required

* Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

* Problem solver with ability to identify issues and provide solutions

* Determined to be part of a winning team
