Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire Call Center Sales Agents who possess the drive to succeed in a fast pace call center environment. As an Agent, you will make outbound calls, along with taking inbound calls to/from homeowners who have expressed interest in replacing their windows or doors. A successful agent will be proficient in speaking with our homeowners, while entering information into the appointment setting tool. This role requires training in person in our Stillwater office for a minimum of 6 weeks. Responsibilities Actively make outbound phone calls to customers that have expressed interest in replacement windows from Renewal by Andersen. A successful Agent sells the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant. Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls Meet regularly with coaches and direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred Strong computer skills, and preferred experience using the following software: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Google Chrome. Able to multitask and successfully navigate multiple software programs while communicating effectively with customers Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing Able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and every other weekend. Ability to work in the Stillwater office for initial training and orientation period (estimated to be 6 weeks) and, as needed, in the future. Ability to work successfully in a remote work environment while adhering to job and customer expectations.
