The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Centralized Operations team. The Operations Analyst provides trade investment processing support to investment advisors. You will interact with accounting and other operations teams and development groups internally, as well as externally with clients and service providers.

What you'll do:

You will provide trade investment support to investment advisors by recording investment security trades; processing investment cancellations or corrections; monitoring failed trades and exceptions that are flagged and ensuring documentation supports any trade activity requests and changes in accordance to departmental processing procedures and controls.

As the record keeper for trade activity, you will be responsible for reviewing security audit reports andaddressing any exceptions; archiving daily trading activity and any attached documentation.

Youwill manage the documentation of processes and procedures relating to any audit trade related requests.

You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams in a timely manner to resolve open issues and questions including reaching out to notify internal teams about daily workflow and all investment advisors trading activity.

What you bring to the table:

BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Internship experience preferred.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.

The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.

Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.
