To coordinate and perform the quoting, planning, scheduling, job order and inventory management functions required to support fabrication of Element products in accordance with order fulfillment and stocking requirements.

The duties include, but may not be limited to the following:

Plan shop load by issuing job orders in accordance with the ERP process and work instructions.

Maintain inventory at optimal levels.

Revise shop loads and job orders, as required.

Ensure that deliveries are maintained at a 95% or better on-time rate. Qualifications

The minimum qualifications required include, but may not be limited to, the following:

At least 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least two years planning experience and an understanding of inventory processes.

Experience with Microsoft Office products and current MRP/ERP systems.

Knowledge of Elements products design, production and materials, required.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
