To coordinate and perform the quoting, planning, scheduling, job order and inventory management functions required to support fabrication of Element products in accordance with order fulfillment and stocking requirements.

  • The duties include, but may not be limited to the following:
  • Plan shop load by issuing job orders in accordance with the ERP process and work instructions.
  • Maintain inventory at optimal levels.
  • Revise shop loads and job orders, as required.
  • Ensure that deliveries are maintained at a 95% or better on-time rate. Qualifications

  • The minimum qualifications required include, but may not be limited to, the following:
  • At least 3 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment, with at least two years planning experience and an understanding of inventory processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and current MRP/ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of Elements products design, production and materials, required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
