Job Description:

Do you want to collaborate with customers to make inclusive data driven business decisions so that they can continuously improve to provide value to their customers?The Product Manager required for this role is expected to play a critical role in defining and driving the product vision, strategy, business model, and field enablement for Rally software, within Broadcom Software Group.

Essential Functions

* Lead new product development through entire lifecycle: ideation, specification, development, release, and iteration. Define, test, and validate innovative solutions in R&D phases through user testing, PoCs, etc.

* Track evolving user needs, industry trends, and competitor activity, and develop a nuanced understanding of user workflows and pain points.

* Build strong partnerships with internal product, technology, marketing, and sales teams to scope, define, and execute new product development

* Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going customer and prospect interaction, working with customer support, and analyzing competitive intelligence

* Ensure smooth implementation of products and services through project management and account teams.

* Driving a solution set across engineering teams via Product Owner role within Agile Scrum framework

* Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

* Act as the voice of the customer to deliver the delightful user experience.

* Position requires travel to conferences, trade events, remote team sites and customer locations (up to 25%)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required; major in business, engineering, computer science preferred. Advanced degree preferred.

* 15+ years product management experience including strategic planning and implementation required; experience managing web-based, Software-as-a-Service products preferred.

* Experience in the Agile Management Software space preferred.

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $245,000.00.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
