Senior Developer- SPTC Triage Team

The SEI Wealth Platform has a challenging career opportunity for a Triage Developer/Analyst on the Triage Team.

As a member of the SEI Wealth Platform, US Operations, the role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual to work in a time-sensitive team environment which manages high priority client related issues which require deep knowledge of SWP and problem solving ability. This position requires a foundation of business knowledge in the financial services industry, wide range of technical skills, and the ability to prioritize & respond to Priority (P1, P2) issues.You should have prior experience in Wealth Management, and demonstrate the ability to understand financial services business.

What you'll do:

• Workand track issues reported by client/operations teams through ServiceNow
• You will be the first line of support for the Operations issues related to SWP platform
• Troubleshoot reported issues
• Evaluate and assess client issues and provide solution based on established triage protocols and guidelines
• Act as a liaison between operations and development teams
• Obtain appropriate input and direction from the client/operation/development teams to determine the best course ofaction.
• Coordinate with different teams and team members to implement the solution
• Develop and design technical solutions based on business and functional requirements
• Responsible for insuring deliverables are in alignment with published SEI & industry standards.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree or applicable programming area of study
• A minimum of 8 years prior work experienceworking with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience delivering systems and projects from inception throughimplementation.
• Required minimum of 5 years prior experience in EI Wealth Platform.
• Good understanding of Relationship Data, Data Migration Processes
• Advance skills in Database development using PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and Linux/UNIX/Solaris/AIX.
• Working experience with any of the following -PHP, Java, JSP, VBA Macros, Java script
• Multiple project working experience withER/Studio and TOAD
