Description Specialization: Anesthesiology Job Summary: HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a highly skilled full time, hospital employed, W2 CAA to join the growing team at HCA Florida Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL. Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates: Ideal candidate to have min. 3 years of experience in an inpatient setting Cardiac capability is also a plus Care team model of 12 Anesthesiologists and 28 APPs Diverse mix of cases including: general, ortho, trauma, neuro, cardiac, bariatrics, primary stroke center, light OB of about 650 cases a year and minimal peds Schedule is a mix of 8s, 10s, 12s, 16s- and a 24-hour in-house shift is available 1-2 beeper calls per month, typically from 3p- 7a. Incentive/Benefits Package: Excellent Comp with stipends for Trauma, Complex Neuro, Peripheral Blocks and Cardiac Medical, Dental, Vision & 401K with up to 9% company match $2500 CME Stipend Annually 6 weeks PTO Malpractice covered 100% by HCA Healthcare and no tail needed since it as an occurrence-based policy Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
