Product Lead - Social Determinants of Health Social determinants of health are the circumstances of people's lives that impact how they receive care, such as financial stability, health equity, or country of origin. With 80% of our health and well-being affected by social determinants of health, we at Change Healthcare think it's critical that they be factored into the patient journey....to transform it from one-dimensional to multi-dimensional. Are you an experienced product leader with a passion to shape and drive the strategic vision for Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) data solutions?You will transform data into insights that help address health disparities and ensure a more equitable healthcare system. As an experienced product management professional in the healthcare, consumer data or technology industry, you will have a proven ability to design and drive effective growth strategies for our SDoH solutions.You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
