We are looking for a Receiving Induction Operator who will bring support, organization and above all else, personality to our team. It is important to us that this person has the energy and desire to manage the execution of all activities that are deemed necessary to the position.

The notable responsibilities of the Receiving Induction Operator are:

• Perform keyboard transactions to operate core systems, such as Mandate
• Operation of hand-held scanner
• Cut box and remove units. Process following procedures
• Process MTU following procedures
• Verify last carton in string when completed
• Perform audit requirements following procedures
• Process damaged units
• Modify, add or delete SKU's as required
• Configure and re-line MTU's as needed
• Dispose of cardboard as directed
• Maintain established expectancy and accuracy goals in work
• Re-Induct loose units into the system

What the Receiving Induction Operator already has:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse experience is a HUGE BONUS
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Ability to use a handheld scanner
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Excellent number correlation
• Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
• Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong team orientation
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and a passion and interest in LS & Co.
