Global Salesforce Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Global Salesforce Data Analyst. The candidate will have a key role in setting up and executing the projects necessary to create a single shared view of SEI's business that drives revenue and enriches business opportunities globally. This includes rolling out Salesforce across SEI, integrating all units into one instance, and creating the process and data models needed to support this initiative. Ongoing work will include the creation of a centralized global data team and the use of AI and machine learning to help inform decision making at all levels of the business.

What you'll do:

  • Work with teams to plan and implement a future-focused global data strategy that drives revenue and enriches business opportunities.
  • Act as liaison between internal team members, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams
  • Considered a subject matter expert of the technology products and features delivered by the team and used by our end-users
  • Help build a data-driven roadmap (in phases) that aligns with business strategy and centers around a single source of truth and a single, shared view of our businesses globally
  • Analyze business processes and document as-is and recommended business process flows
  • Help businesses improve processes and efficiency in Salesforce (and other systems) by identifying, documenting, and analyzing requirements around business challenges.
  • Work with Project Manager to drive business requirements gathering, documentation, change requests, and requirements traceability
  • Identify and manage cross-functional and cross-technical dependencies
  • Anticipate and communicate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles
  • Connect-the-dots between business strategies and project deliverables
  • Work with team to establish internal adoption metrics of CRM
  • Evaluate SFDC implementation progress against scope and timeline
  • Ensure everyone involved works together to achieve the best results.

What you bring to the table:

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalant education and experience.
  • 10+ years of supporting Salesforce CRM, experience with Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics a definite plus
  • Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design
  • A customer advocate with excellent listening skills to fully understand customer requirments and plan points.
  • Proven presentation and communication skills with client executives.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fasr paced enviornment.
  • Ability to build trust remotely as well as in person
  • Understanding of XML, SQL, and enterprise application integration
  • A thorough understanding of B2B marketing /sales pipeline practices and KPIs
  • Proven advanced spreadsheet skills (formulas, data cleansing and data manipulation)
  • Salesforce.com Certifications (Admin, Consultant, and/or Developer) is a definite Plus
