As such, we are looking for a capable and effective Scrum Master to join our team in our Broomfield, Colorado office. At its core the Scrum Master is a servant leader who facilitates and supports our Agile teams in delivering high value solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a servant leader to each team member

  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with teams

  • Facilitate effective and efficient meetings, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies, that have actionable outcomes

  • Spot and remove impediments for teams

  • Support transparency into the team's work through metrics

  • Engage multiple roles and stakeholders in critical discussions and consensus building

  • Coach and educate teams on Agile practices and values

  • Ensure Agile/Scrum/Kanban fundamentals are adhered to and be a voice of accountability and Agile expertise

  • Help identify and mitigate any external dependency risks in feature/product development

  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and their teams on deliverables

  • Support the Release Train Engineer on program level initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimum as a full-time Scrum Master in a software development or delivery organization

  • A thorough understanding of Scrum, Kanban and general Agile fundamentals, values, and practices

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)

  • Cutting edge engineering practices experience (e.g. DevOps, CI / CD, automation)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an environment utilizing current and modern technologies (e.g. SaaS, Enterprise Web Applications, etc.)

  • Scaled Agile environment experience

  • BS in Engineering or related discipline

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $78,000- $130,000 annually.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents and equity in accordance with equity award agreements.
