This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite in Hillcrest 350 Dickinson Street, San Diego, CA 92103 and remote. Placement within the salary range is determined by internal equity, relevant qualifications, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). Under general supervision, the licensed clinical social worker provides all aspects of psychosocial services including diagnostic evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, case management, and brief individual and group therapy in the Outpatient Psychiatry Services- Hillcrest. Interviews patients and facilitates discussion around diagnosis and treatment planning. Provides case coordination, client advocacy, and brokerage to obtain services as needed. Facilitate integration of patient's care with primary care providers. Provide brief problem-focused individual therapy, facilitate therapy groups to be delivered to patients with ongoing mental health needs and those who require bridge-care services while waiting for access to specialty services. Serve as liaison with other Division providers. Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $90,137 - $118,745 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $43.17 - $56.87 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
