Industrial Base Policy Analyst

As an Industrial Base Policy Analyst you'll bring your consulting, analytical, and Defense Acquisition expertise to work on projects for our national defense. You'll leverage your industrial base and PPBE/acquisition expertise to develop recommendations to resolve capacity or capability shortfall You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and regulatory actions.

You'll guide the work we do for defense clients and the solutions we deliver for national security, strategic planning, and the Defense Industrial Base.

You Have:

• Experience with the DOD Acquisition System and the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process and data.
• Knowledge of DoD Acquisition authorities and programs
• Ability to concisely communicate with DoD senior leaders to develop recommendations to improve oversight, revise policy, and prioritize investments to resolve capability and capacity shortfalls
• Ability to conduct market trend analysis of defense sectors to identify trends and ability to meet procurement projections and sustainment.
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with implementing regulatory actions and programs.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, supply chain risk mitigation, strategic materials and the Defense Production Act.
• Master's degree in Public Policy or Administration

Clearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
