Technicians, Machinists, Machine Operators, Spray Painters - Join Our Exciting New Team!

We are looking for a few highly skilled, motivated production team members with acute attention detail that are eager to learn and grow. You will work in a team environment in our new production cell executing a variety of manufacturing processes. Here you will have the opportunity to perform all function related to the production of the part. These include molding, metal prep, CNC machining, final paint, inspection and testing. There is also an opportunity to lead the team.

Position Requirements Include:



  • Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis upon safety. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Contribute to a Safety First Culture by identifying Risky Situations.
  • Have the ability to work effectively independently, or as a team member with co-workers
  • Must have excellent technical aptitude
  • Ability to use PC and software for data entry
  • The ability to comprehend and to train to the standards of such documents as: engineering drawings, work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in the English language.
  • Possess the ability to follow directions from and to communicate with supervisors, technicians, and co-workers in a professional manner.


  • A working knowledge of design and development of molding tooling, lean manufacturing, equipment design, and also assembly engineering.
  • Experience in working in an ISO/TS/AS 9100 environment.
  • A knowledge of both Process Control and Statistical Process Control (SPC) a plus
  • Willing to be certified for Forklift operation
  • Must be able to lift 25 LB
  • Ability to pass medical clearance for paint booth operation
  • Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
  • Must be US Citizen and cannot hold dual-citizenship to any other country to meet NOFORN requirements


Educational and Experiential Requirements:



  • One (1) - Two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and of experience.
  • One to two years of experience working in a component manufacturing business.
  • Rubber-to-metal molding engineering experience is highly desired
  • Experience in working with adhesives and the application of the adhesives to metals used in rubber-to-metal molding is highly desired
