As a business analyst, additionally, you will be asked to educate the operations teams on our products/solutions.In the project management function, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the implementation of operations workflow tool; creating the project plan; assisting with scoping requirements; settingu will serve as a dedicated resource to the alternative investment fund services department to assist with internal and external client solutions/product based support.

What you'll do:

As an analyst, you will be working closely with internal and external teams to identify, develop, and implement product and technology based solutions to increase operational efficiency, improve accuracy, and mitigate operational risk. You will be responsible for interpreting and full understanding of business requirements, translating those requirements into documented technical specifications and managing the overall custom reporting and file extract projects.expectations; focusing on the granular detail on specific tasks to measure efficiency; working with theaccounting teams and developers during the UAT of each project.In the reporting function, you will be responsible to lead conference calls about the projects, maintain and distribute weekly management report detailing the status of each outstanding development project; support the e-delivery operations team in understanding operational workflows and system data structure as well as assisting with data validation. You will communicate with appropriate accounting and relationship management teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to address problems, concerns, and questions.We want you to succeed and look for future solutions! What you bring to the table:

BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year experience in a BA role is preferred.Working knowledge of MS SQL.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel. The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls. Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers.A drive to broaden one's knowledge of the financial services industry by learning new concepts and systems and taking the initiative to apply it to daily work assignments.Attention-to-detail to ensure that all deliverables consistently meet the highest standard of quality and accuracy Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them. Positivity and collegial approach in assisting both colleagues and clients and the ability to work in team environment.Curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail: Whether it's to identify a solution to a problem or possibly help implement a more efficient process or procedure, your skills have a place in our business.
