Work Location: This role requires a mid-level technical and intuitive ability to diagnose and provide an educated assessment on resolution to more complex PDX Classic Host related software and operational issues. While certain tasks are defined, these need to be constantly reviewed and modified to meet specific customer requirements and improve efficiencies. This position will be taking direction from senior Host Administrators and performing tasks. This role will help to shape and consistently refine the processes and procedures for the team to better provide a more proactive service to internal and external customers. This role will work directly with the customer and senior Host Administrators and will be performing and monitoring defined tasks. They will not be required to make on-the-fly adjustments to established procedures. This role will work with the team to identify and prioritize proposed code fixes to software issue. Consult with customers, management, vendors, systems, database, support and programming staff to resolve complex operational and procedural questions Requirements: * Ability to work well with a team * Demonstrated ability to handle customer interactions * Some Unix (AIX and Linux) knowledge and experience. #li-remote Diversity and Inclusion: *At Change Healthcare, we include all.
