Finisher - Pre-Finish

Join America's premier boat builder, who's products are world renowned for their beauty and quality.

We are seeking a Fiberglass Finishers in Pre-Finish to become a part of our team building the finest boats in the industry that are known around the world. You will be responsible for fiberglass and gel coat repairs on hulls and decks.

Responsibilities:

* Inspection of the parts to determine what repairs are needed

* Repair surface defects in gel coat (scratches, voids, surface distortion, etc.)

* Mixing gel coat and resins needed for repairs

* Spot spraying gel coat

Qualifications:

* Previous experience with gel coat or paint repairs preferred

* Experience working with fiberglass or in auto body repair helpful

* Familiarity with mixing gel coats or paint with activators

* Good working knowledge of repair tools (sanders, buffers, spray equipment)

* Deadline and detail-oriented

Physical Requirements: Including, but not limited to:

* climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 80 lbs, stretching, squatting and bending.

* May work on knees, seated, laying down, standing up.

* May require individual to be in awkward positions.

Environmental Conditions:

* Exposed to heat, cold, dust, fumes, and some outside weather conditions.

* May be exposed to acetone, resin, fiberglass, putties, glues, cleaners.
