KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate clients on a digital reference architecture; the purpose of the various applications within that ecosystem and the primary vendors that provide those applications
  • Partner with clients to design and evaluate their overall digital reference architecture with an emphasis on digital commerce enablement
  • Help clients work through high-level integration strategies with both internal and external systems
  • Supervise both internal and external technical teams on technical design, build, test and deployment activities
  • Support teams providing consulting services supporting one or more of the following types of engagements: Digital Commerce Strategy & Roadmap, Platform Evaluation and Selection and Digital Commerce Platform Implementation Services

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of ten years of hands-on experience delivering B2B, B2C and/or Marketplace digital commerce solutions with a minimum of seven years' experience in consulting with a professional services firm or agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Industrial Engineering/Operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university is preferred but not required
  • Experience in designing the technical architecture and implementing commerce solutions using two or more industry leading platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle CX Commerce Cloud, HCL (IBM WebSphere Commerce) Commerce, Adobe Commerce Cloud or Marketplace solutions
  • Experience leading the development, estimating and delivery of large, complex Digital Commerce Proposals
  • Strong critical thinking, written and verbal communication skills; excellent facilitation, presentation and people management skills for both the KPMG team as well as the client team members across various levels within their organization
  • Travel may be up to 80 -100 %
