Event/Convention Staff

The TemPositions Group of Companies - Convention Service Division is looking for customer service savvy people to join their team of Professional Staff for temporary, on-call Convention, Events and Exhibition & Promotional Trade Show work assignments.

Qualifications:

• Able to Stand for Long Periods of time
• Professional and Flexible
• Hold Customer Service Experience
• Comfortable with Computers & Technology (some assignments require)

Have needs for as early as this weekend!

Available positions include: conference assistants, check-in registration, booth attendants, room monitors, greeters, information booth, hosts & hostesses, booth attendants, product promotions and many others. This is a great opportunity to earn additional income. Most positions require long periods of standing. Familiarity with computers and technology is required.

For Convention Positions: Experience is preferred, but a proven track record for providing exceptional customer service is acceptable. Candidates must be professional, energetic, friendly, flexible, personable, outgoing and proactive, with a "team-player" attitude. Some positions require computer skills. Most positions require long periods of standing. Attire can be casual or standard professional-conservative attire -- white collared, long-sleeve, button up dress shirt*, black slacks or skirt (no jeans), black socks or stockings, black belt (if applicable), black dress shoes (no tennis shoes), black jacket or blazer and conservative tie (for men). Attire may vary based on client preferences.
