About the Associates Program
We've designed our Associates Program for people like you. Through an intensive twelve-month program which includes mentoring, challenging group project work and great networking events, you'll have support, exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute right away. You'll be able to:

  • Learn what teamwork and leadership means at SEI during your week-long orientation program
  • Strengthen your business acumen and gain skills for success through a monthly seminar series
  • Work on a strategic project in a team setting to add tangible value to SEI and to develop your presentation skills
  • Receive regular coaching and support to help you formulate your career goals
  • Network with mentors across the organization, many of whom have graduated from the program
  • Get to know your fellow associates during fun networking events and teambuilding exercises
  • Partner with our Affinity and Diversity groups to support their initiatives and to contribute to the local community

What you'll do:

We offer both rotational and non-rotational tracks in the Associates Program. During our interviews, we'll uncover which of the tracks and positions make sense for you and your skill set.

  • Non-Rotational Technology Track: Associates placed in the non-rotational technology track will contribute through positions in areas across the company including; development, cybersecurity, data analytics, quality assurance, solutions, technology risk management, audit, and others
  • Rotational Technology Track: Our two-year rotational tracks are designed to create future leaders in technology. The technology track rotates associates approximately every six months through our various technology departments across multiple business units and cross-functional teams. Associates will have the opportunity to work in areas such as technology risk, development, data analytics and cybersecurity. At the end of two years, associates post for a permanent placement in one of those teams.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor'sdegree
  • Open to all majors, but focus on computer science, cybersecurity, data analytics, MIS, math and related fields
  • Graduate between December 2022 - June 2023
  • 3.0 cumulative GPA preferred
  • Prior work experience or internship, preferably within the FinTech industry
  • University/college or community involvement such as with charitable organizations, travel abroad experience, participation in various clubs, organizations or athleticgroups, etc.
  • Experience holdingleadership positions strongly preferred
  • Eligibility to work in theUnited States

Location and Travel:

This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Oaks, PA.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the work environment may require an individual to move around the office and from building to building which may expose the individual to weather conditions outside. The individual has to be able to sit or be stationary at a computer and use computers for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the environment is moderate and the individual must be able to communicate and exchange information with people in person and over the telephone and email.

The Base Pay for this role is $60,000 / yr - $65,000 / yr.
