JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure that supplementary product definition materials meet established standards for appearance and content. Assist with creating or updating marketing materials, and documenting sales related process and procedures. Develop effective communication and a positive working relationship with Sales and Marketing department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Reviews and edit option verbiage and related documents for product offerings.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance product related documents such as images, drawings, and spreadsheets for adherence to standards.
  • Update user documentation for product configuration system tool.
  • Serve as a liaison to define and document processes and procedures for Sales and Order Management.
  • Prepare and maintain Sales Library documents.
  • Communicate with Sales Representatives to obtain field data as needed.
  • Provide project level support to Sales, Marketing, and Product Management on various projects such as spec sheets, marketing flyers, and sales meeting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business related field.
  • GPA of 3.0 or greater within declared major
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop Elements and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
