Principal Data Scientist - Remote

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Create and populate tables, views, and stored procedures in SQL, OLAP, and Hadoop databases
  • Create, monitor, and troubleshoot complex ETL processes
  • Assiduously test applications and code
  • Work with others to track down the source of variances and errors in reporting

Required Qualifications:



  • Hands-on experience with Hadoop/Hive or Windows Server/SQL Server
  • Experience using Python for manipulating data sets
  • Fluency in one or more versions of SQL such as T-SQL or PL-SQL
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following Python ML tools: scikit-learn, numpy, pandas

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience in Azure or OCI environments
  • Hands-on experience building and loading OLAP cubes such as Essbase or MS SSAS

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $97,300 to $176,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $97,300 to $176,900.
