SkyTech Security is rapidly growing and we are looking for Full-Time Field Supervisors! We have immediate openings for Full-time Field Supervisors to join our team! Our Supervisors manage teams of security officers at various locations throughout Chicago (no trips to the suburbs required)!

Duties:

Supervise the day to day operations of selected sites during shift times
Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both clients and employees.
Respond to designated operational issues for all assigned client sites and facilities.
Supervise and manage a team of security officers, including possibly participating in hiring /selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support
Ensure that all client sites are provided with high-quality security services to protect people and property.
Ensure all required reporting and contractual compliance requirements are met.
Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, recognition, etc.).
Provide the basis of great working environments by treating staff with respect
Assure that ALL employee grievances are heard and resolved.
Accurately and effectively post all pertinent notices and communications to staff.
Report all operational matters directly with Operations Manager and members of senior management.
Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols
Review incident reports prior to submitting to clients and coordinate preliminary investigations.
Other duties as assigned.

Special attention is paid to those candidates that are able to successfully demonstrate the following:

A work history that shows a progressive increase in security/customer service related skill sets and responsibilities
Great Communication skills
The ability to lead and manage 15 or more officers consistently
Advanced level computer proficiency as well as other technological skills

What we need from you:

Flexible Schedule Availability
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid State of Illinois Driver's License (with a clean driving record) and reliable Transportation
Two years or more prior experience in security supervisory position in management
High School Diploma/GED (must be accredited certificate); College diploma or credits a plus
Must have a valid PERC card and 20/40 hour Security Training Certificate
Must successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background check Requirements
Able to work independently and as a team member
