Responsibilities

The Portfolio Management Process Oversight Analyst will participate in the oversight and coordination of a broad array of critical processes within Portfolio Management. More specifically, an analyst will track and analyze metrics for enterprise wide processes that impact Portfolio Management, ensure accurate and reliable execution of relevant Portfolio Management processes, and contribute to the management of cross-group responses to critical incidents impacting the Portfolio Management department. Further responsibilities include planning, coordinating and promoting a roadmap for continuous internal process improvement and working with other relevant groups to ensure its execution



Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in a strong analytical and quantitative field such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science or other sciences required
  • Demonstrated interest in learning techniques and technologies relevant to statistical analysis (Excel, R, Python), data management (SQL), reporting (SSRS, Tableau)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team setting
  • Drive to perform at a high level under pressure and time constraints
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and collaborate with all levels of staff
  • Achieved or willing to work toward a professional designation (e.g., CFA) or an advanced degree
