Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist and support the Finance Department

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

* Assist With Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production Metrics reports including

o Hour Reporting

o Labor Variance Reports

o Expense Reporting

o Material Variance Reports

* Manage Operating supplies process for vending and spot buys

* Reconciliation of general ledger accounts

* Manage the scrap reconciliation process

* Assist with Fiscal Year template updates

* Assist with End of Year WIP Audit

* Preparation of Journal Entries

* Assist with the Annual Budget Process

* Update processes and procedures

* Month end reporting & Tasks

* Other ad Hoc analysis and projects as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Sophomore standing or greater working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance for the entire duration of the internship

* Graduation date on or after May 2024

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required with strong excel skills

* This is a YEAR ROUND internship opportunity. Normally, at least 20 hours during school year andaround 40 hoursduring the summer.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Cumulative GPA of3.0 or above

* Strong attention to detailand problem solving skills
