What you'll be doing...

As a Solution Architect of IT corporate systems specializing in SAP Ariba SaaS products including Sourcing, B&I, SCC, you will be contributing to different phases of the project delivery life cycle. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring design, building and implementation of work product; participating in requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design.
• Defining the problem, propose and create the solution.
• Playing a role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
• Guiding teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.
• Collaborating with Business, Product, TechOps and Vendor teams in identifying and implementing innovative solutions that generate business outcomes.

Where you'll be working...

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Sourcing and Procurement processes using SAP Ariba suite of products (Buying and Invoicing, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Collaboration) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in IT delivering source to pay solutions in SAP Ariba & S4 HANA.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Knowledge of integration tools such as CIG & CPI-DS etc.
• Experience in debugging systems to analyse and resolve issues.
• Experience in researching and identifying SAP Notes to resolve issues.
• Experience in creating and tracking SAP OSS notes and working with SAP to resolve issues.
• Knowledge of latest technologies.
• Experience in DevOps and Agile.
• Experience in Onsite offshore work model.
• Experience in security by design (Security and Vulnerability remediation).
• Knowledge of Troubleshoot and triage problem reports, resolve, and escalate.
• Experience in business analysis, developing and measuring KPIs and managing projects.
• Experience in change management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
