Summary of Team:

The Catalyst Research Team research, analyzes, and curates' complex information to create Custom Research replies on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion topics for Catalyst Supporter organizations. The team also creates a variety of publicly available and Supporter-only knowledge content, including solutions- and skills-based tools, white papers, and statistical overviews. A geographically dispersed team, the research team thrives on communication, trust, openness to learning, and accountability.
