Job Responsibilities As an intern at Viasat Arizona we will strive to provide you with tasking on real programs where your work product will be contributing to the success of the program. You will be working and learning alongside experience engineers and have access to subject matter experts. Viasat is looking for a Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Engineer Intern to join our SiGe/CMOS RFIC Design Engineering team. As a Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Engineer Intern, you will be provided a project related design problem for key Viasat products for commercial and government programs. You will be working with engineers on design tasks, Participate in design reviews where you will be encouraged to discuss their ideas, taking designs from initial prototype to final to be used in actual products. Requirements *Currently pursuing a Master's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering *Previous experience or exposure in RFCMOS/SiGe RFIC design and related CAD tools *Previous or current coursework in: oAnalog IC design oElectromagnetism oRF and Microwave circuit design oSemiconductors *Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer internship *US Citizen Preferences *Previous relevant internship experience as analyzer, network analyzers, noise figure meters, and signal generators Additional Requirements and Information Minimum Education

$70.00 hourly
; however, base pay may vary within this range depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
