Overall Purpose:

Manages Account relationships, support, administrative and renewal revenues.

Mentor less experienced team members through sales process and procedures. Supports customer installations and notifications. Manages CRM efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:




  • Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned objectives and monthly goals maintaining existing contacts and renewal relationships with customer base.

  • Must provide superior customer service on a day to day basis.

    Will build and maintain accurate and up to date customer and representative support plans.


  • Must be self motivated and self disciplined and provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present in both small and large group settings. Must have a polished, professional presentation.

  • Must be able to keep organized, accurate records on daily activities and results.
  • Strong organizational skills imperative.


  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.

  • Partner with customers through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies and priorities to deliver a value-adding business support.

  • Utilize Excel to create spreadsheets and manage data related to customer accounts and sales funnel management.
  • Manage CRM sales contact and funnel Software.



Supervisory:

May coordinate the work flow of a given team. May support the review of work and training of other employees.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience preferred. Account Management Experience in Telecom or related field preferred.
