The provider hired into this position will assume responsibility for a full patient panel. Salem Health Medical Clinic employs the only primary care providers in the community of approximately 11,000 residents.Monmouth, Oregon is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The small, charming college town is home to Western Oregon University. With a wide array of businesses and organizations, you can get most of what you need within the city limits.
