Settling Claims fairly is the cornerstone of our business. As the State's largest property insurer, we have fantastic opportunities for highly skilled, analytical thinkers who are ready to combine their advanced claims experience with their legal background to join our Claims Litigation team. As a Lead Litigation Claims Adjuster you will be responsible for the review and analysis of litigated claims. You will provide recommendations towards the resolution of new Complaints. You will interact with external business partners and exercise independent judgment. PHYSICAL RQUIREMENTS: This position requires the ability to sit, hear, converse over the telephone and key frequently on a computer for long periods of time (4 or more hours per day). This position may require occasional overnight travel during catastrophe response; and may be required to work for extended periods of time to include after standard business hours in addition to weekends and holidays during catastrophe response, or as needed.
