System Support Representative II (SSR II)

HX5 is currently seeking a System Support Representative to support the F-16 mission planning at Buckley AFB, CO. This position will be temporary, subject to Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) of a current employee's military return rights.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Maintain hardware/software configuration management and control of other mission planning spectrum applications
  • Install MPE upgrades and aid in disposition of equipment
  • Define, implement, and maintain procedures and practices for loading new or updated mission planning data
  • Analyze software, hardware, and system problems found by the user to provide problem identification, duplication and testing, resolution, and tracking until a resolution is determined
  • Set-up, configure and ensure proper functionality of an MPE in support of exercises, daily operational training missions, deployments and real-world contingencies, as directed
  • Travel to worldwide locations to establish operational mission planning systems in locations with little or no SSR support
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and client personnel


Education and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree preferred or five (5) years of relevant work experience may be substituted for degree
  • Minimum of DoD8570 Level IAT Level II Certification within 6 months from date of hire


Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance before start date.
