Job Summary:

With your deep knowledge of FieldFX components, Salesforce best practices, and software project delivery, your "bring it on" attitude to new FieldFX projects is contagious. As a Solution Architect Lead (FieldFX), you will manage FieldFX implementations using an agile sprint-based prototyping approach, leveraging a team of configurators and developers to complete customer requirements and solicit feedback quickly and frequently.

Communication is paramount in establishing a trusting relationship with project stakeholders and leading them to adopt the best solution. Customers will look to you, as their FieldFX and Salesforce expert, with a knowledge of their industry, to understand their business requirements and apply industry best practices to design and prototype an optimal solution that meets or exceeds their expectations.

What You Will Do:



  • Understand the ins and outs of Salesforce and FieldFX configuration options so you can create the right solution to solve the unique challenges of our customers
  • Bring forth a consulting mindset that focuses on uncovering the business problems of your clients and how Salesforce and FieldFX can help address them effectively
  • Help your clients and team stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
  • Bring a learning attitude to the table and look for opportunities to continue to grow your knowledge
  • Learn, utilize and promote LiquidFrameworks' Project Implementation Methodology
  • Be an effective leader, mentor, and champion of your team
  • Maximize utilization of your assigned project team, delegating and coaching whenever possible, imparting your knowledge of FieldFX and Salesforce to team members
  • Provide realistic project estimates, allowing for successful on-time and on-budget project deliveries
  • Manage multiple complex projects concurrently, leveraging LiquidFrameworks' iterative prototyping delivery philosophy


What You Bring to ServiceMax:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ Salesforce Certifications, minimally including Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer
  • 1+ Years of FieldFX experience, either as a hands-on administrator or configurator
  • 1+ Years of Oil & Gas industry experience
  • 3+ Years of experience in software implementation and consulting in a commercial software environment
  • Ability to learn software and technology quickly in a fast-changing environment
  • Experience managing or leading a team implementing an enterprise-level business application software solution
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities, as well as excellent customer service skills
  • Experience and creativity in troubleshooting business processes and software problems
  • Experience providing end-user and project team training on-site or in the field at customer locations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with customers and partners without detailed day-to-day supervision
  • Ability to take ownership of and follow through on all project-related issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with peers and Senior Management when required
  • Ability to lead and direct activities across multiple project teams for multiple customers
  • Experience with Energy, Environmental, or Industrial Services businesses a definite plus


Preferred Experience



  • 7+ years of experience in various business or technology roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry
  • 5+ years of project and program management experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
  • Subject matter expert in project management concepts such as Scope, Communication, and Best Practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technology concepts and system development lifecycle methodologies (i.e., Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, etc.)
  • Advanced skills in business management tools, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and Access
